I often read a poem in class, and this week I want to read something related to a chant that we have been chanting.
One of the translations/interpretations of the chant is this:
May my life force be linked to my heart
May my heart be linked to the truth within me
May this truth be linked to the Eternal
That Eternal which is Unending Bliss
And here is the quote by Jack Kornfield:
"Do not doubt your own basic goodness. In spite of all confusion and fear, you are born with a heart that knows what is just, loving and beautiful"
