Every Sunday I send an email to the groups that take my online yoga classes on what I call "My Personal Zoom", and I usually add a poem or a quote that I will read in class. Today I opened again the incredible "The Book Of Awakening", by Mark Nepo, and found on page 161 these few lines by Anaïs Nin:
"And then the day came
when the risk to remain
tight in a bud was
more painful than the
risk to bloom"
The work of deep personal transformation is not easy, and it implies work, but it is totally worth it.
